Mezcal Espadin Olla De Barro 70cl - Los Siete Misterios is an authentic distillate that tells the artisanal tradition of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, the beating heart of mezcal production. Made exclusively from the Espadín agave variety, this bottle captures the essence of the mountain and the land, thanks to a cooking process in stone and earth ovens (olla de barro) that gives the product a distinctive and deeply smoky character.

The distillation method, carried out in copper stills, combined with expert aging, grants the mezcal intense and complex aromas. On the nose, notes of burned wood, smoky hints, touches of aromatic herbs, and a subtle mineral accent emerge, making the sip vibrant and full of personality.

On the palate, it is warm, with a velvety texture that intertwines flavors of ripe agave, delicate spices, and a pleasant, persistent, and harmonious finish. This mezcal pairs wonderfully with traditional Mexican dishes, grilled meats, or simply enjoyed neat, celebrating every sip as a sensory journey through the terroir of Oaxaca.
