The distillation method, carried out in copper stills, combined with expert aging, grants the mezcal intense and complex aromas. On the nose, notes of burned wood, smoky hints, touches of aromatic herbs, and a subtle mineral accent emerge, making the sip vibrant and full of personality.
On the palate, it is warm, with a velvety texture that intertwines flavors of ripe agave, delicate spices, and a pleasant, persistent, and harmonious finish. This mezcal pairs wonderfully with traditional Mexican dishes, grilled meats, or simply enjoyed neat, celebrating every sip as a sensory journey through the terroir of Oaxaca.

Distillation
Mostly double distillation for the majority of expressions; some bottles (e.g. the Pechuga) are distilled three times. Use of both copper stills and olla de barro (clay pots) depending on the expression.
