The Mezcal Joven Madrecuixe by Yuu Baal is born in the heart of Oaxaca, the historic cradle of this fine Mexican spirit. Made from a selected variety of madrecuixe agave, a wild type with a slender form and thin leaves, this mezcal stands out for its authenticity and mineral character. The distillation takes place in small copper stills, giving a balance between aromatic intensity and smoothness on the palate.

On the nose, notes of wild herbs, damp earth, and smoky hints typical of the traditional process based on cooking in stone ovens unfold. On the palate, it reveals itself as structured and enveloping, with a slightly peppery and persistent finish that evokes the mountainous territory of origin. Perfect for those who wish to explore genuine mezcal, it pairs perfectly with flavorful tapas, grilled meats, or simply a moment of sensory meditation. A liquid experience that tells of a unique terroir.
