The Mezcal Joven Tobala of Yuu Baal is a vibrant testimony to Mexican craftsmanship, produced in the Oaxaca region, the beating heart of mezcal tradition. Made exclusively with Tobala agave, a rare and prized wild variety, the distillate captures the complexity of the mountainous territory where it grows spontaneously. The production follows ancestral methods: the piñas are cooked in traditional underground ovens, giving the liquid an intense smoky and earthy character, then carefully distilled to preserve its authentic aromas. In the glass, a rich and vibrant bouquet is highlighted, featuring herbal notes, delicate smoke, white pepper, and a mineral energy that evokes the high altitudes of cultivation. On the palate, it is elegant yet decisive, with a persistent finish that invites rediscovery of the culture of this unique spirit.

Perfect to be enjoyed neat, it pairs with bold flavors such as meat tacos or aged cheeses, emphasizing the rural essence of this Mexican excellence.
