Made exclusively with Madrecuishe agave, a wild and rare variety that requires a maturation of over 10 years, this mezcal stands out for its aromatic intensity and gustatory complexity. The slow production process, which includes cooking in underground stone ovens and double distillation in copper stills, gives the distillate deep smoky notes, accompanied by herbal hints and vibrant spiciness.
On the palate, it is enveloping yet elegant, with a balance between its natural sweetness and the mineral persistence typical of Oaxaca’s terroir.
