The Mezcal Mexicano Olla De Barro by Los Siete Misterios is a spirit that celebrates the deep identity of the Oaxacan territory, an authentic treasure chest of traditions and flavors. Produced with the espadín agave variety grown in the dry and rocky soils of the region, this mezcal stands out for its artisanal and respectful approach to ancestral techniques, starting with the cooking of the piñas in pit ovens covered with clay, from which the name “Olla De Barro” derives.

The long aging in wooden barrels gives the spirit a unique complexity, where intense smoky notes, mineral touches, and earthy aromas intertwine, enriched with subtle hints of dried fruit and oriental spices. On the palate, it reveals a firm structure, balanced by an enveloping softness and a persistent finish that recalls the organoleptic roots of the Mexican landscape. This mezcal invites to be savored slowly, bringing out the story of a land that lives within its vibrations.

It pairs perfectly with rich and flavorful dishes such as grilled meats, aged cheeses, and spicy foods, turning every sip into a deep and authentic sensory experience.
