The Mezcal Reposado of Yuu Baal is an artisanal distillate born in the region of the state of Oaxaca, the beating heart of the Mexican mezcal tradition. Made exclusively with Espadín agave, this expression stands out for its minimal aging of a few months in wooden barrels, which gives it a unique aromatic complexity, where the typical mezcal smoke intertwines with soft and velvety notes of vanilla and caramel.

On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of aromatic herbs, damp earth, and white pepper, balanced by a sweet woody touch. The sip is enveloping, medium-bodied, with a long and harmonious persistence that enhances the minerality and smoky nuances, typical of a high-quality product. Ideal to taste neat or in refined cocktails, it wonderfully accompanies grilled meat dishes, aged cheeses, and traditional Mexican cuisine.
