The Mezcal San Baltazar by Alipus represents the authentic expression of the spirit of Mexico, produced in the Oaxaca region, the beating heart of mezcal tradition. Made exclusively with natural agave from local cultivation, this mezcal stands out for its artisanal character, the result of a traditional processing method that involves cooking the agave plants in underground ovens, giving the spirit an unmistakable smoky complexity.

In the glass, it appears with a clear and bright color, while on the nose it releases an intense bouquet of peaty notes, aromatic herbs, and light hints of damp earth, derived from the particular volcanic soil of origin. On the palate, the structure is enveloping and rich, with a balance between softness and a persistent finish with spicy and slightly mineral nuances, typical of this unique territory.

The Mezcal San Baltazar lends itself magnificently as a base for signature cocktails or as the ideal companion to traditional Mexican dishes, such as tlayudas or grilled meat, enhancing the culinary experience with its strong identity rooted in local culture.
