Mezcal Tobala 70cl - Sentir is born from a careful selection of wild Tobala agaves, harvested in the highlands of the state of Oaxaca, the historic land of this traditional Mexican distillate. Its production takes place with artisanal methods, respecting the ancient practice of cooking the piñas in stone ovens, followed by a double distillation in copper stills, which enhances the balance between rusticity and finesse.

On the nose, it opens with intense scents of soft smoke and wet earth, accompanied by slightly herbaceous and citrus notes. On the palate, it reveals itself to be elegant and complex, with a soft weave of sweet spices, citrus fruits, and a mineral touch that defines its identity. The finish is long and enveloping, persistent with a slight return of leather and tobacco.

Perfect for those seeking an authentic experience, this Mezcal pairs well with traditional Mexican dishes such as mole or tacos al pastor, but it is also suitable for slow and in-depth tastings.
