The traditional production process involves cooking the agaves in wood-fired ovens, followed by spontaneous fermentation and double distillation in copper stills, giving the product fresh smoky notes and earthy hints that intertwine with the delicate floral and fruity nuances typical of Tobala. The result is a distillate with an elegant and persistent personality, where notes of spices, wild herbs, and wild honey can be perceived.

Distillation
