Mezcal Tobalá Olla De Barro 70cl - Los Siete Misterios comes from the highlands of the state of Oaxaca, the beating heart of Mexican mezcal tradition. Made from the Tobalá agave variety, known for its rarity and complexity, this mezcal stands out for its refined and wild character, a guardian of a unique terroir. The fermentation takes place in terracotta amphorae – the so-called “olla de barro” – which impart a particular minerality and an intense, enveloping aromatic texture.

On the nose, notes of wet earth, delicate smoky hints, and herbaceous nuances emerge, balanced by sweet shades of dried fruit and wild honey. On the palate, it reveals itself as elegant, with a vibrant balance between the smoky component, citrus freshness, and a clean, persistent finish. The craftsmanship of the process, from cooking the agave in traditional ovens to the slow aging in neutral wooden barrels, gives the spirit a rare and captivating complexity.

Perfect neat or accompanied by spicy tapas, this Mezcal is a true sensory experience that tells the story and territory of Oaxaca, highlighting the primal soul of the magical Tobalá agave.
