Millennio by Castello di Cacchiano represents the excellence of Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione, a refined expression of Sangiovese cultivated in the heart of Tuscany, precisely in the historic Chianti Classico area. This wine is made from selected grapes from the best parcels of the estate, grown in soil rich in galestro and limestone, elements that give the wine structure and complexity.

The aging takes place in oak barrels, where Millennio develops an intense and enveloping bouquet, made of fruity notes of ripe cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy and slightly balsamic hints, the result of careful maturation and an authentic territorial expression. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a fresh acidity that provides long persistence and balance.

Perfect to pair with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, Millennio expresses all the tradition and superior quality of Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, delivering a sensory experience worthy of a great Tuscan wine.
