The Millesimè Extra Dry by Sutto is a distinguished example of prosecco that reflects the elegance and winemaking tradition of Veneto. This sparkling wine is known for its refined character and delicate effervescence that invites a toast on any occasion.

Product Description: Exclusively produced in the selected vineyards of the Sutto winery, this prosecco stands out for its refined selection of Glera grapes harvested in a single year, which reinforces the "Millesimè" denomination. The vinification follows meticulous methods with the second fermentation occurring through the Charmat method, ensuring a fine and persistent bubble.

The color presents itself with a clear straw yellow and greenish reflections. On the nose, the Millesimè Extra Dry by Sutto offers an aromatic bouquet where hints of green apple, pear, white flowers, and a light touch of almond intertwine. On the palate, it is lively and fresh with a well-balanced sweetness that echoes its "Extra Dry" name, suggesting a moderate sugar content that never overpowers the pure expression of the fruit.

Ideal as an aperitif, this prosecco wonderfully pairs with light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. It is also an excellent companion for celebrating special moments, offering a tasty prelude to a memorable evening.

The Sutto winery, renowned for its attention to quality and sustainability, ensures that each bottle of Millesimè Extra Dry is an authentic representative of their philosophy and the Veneto region. By choosing the Millesimè Extra Dry by Sutto, you are choosing a prosecco that delights the palate and respects the land from which it comes.
