The Monica di Sardegna DOC from Cantina Deiana represents an elegant interpreter of the Monica grape variety, typical of southern Sardinia and known for its ability to best express the island territory. Produced in vineyards located in an area characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a temperate Mediterranean climate, this wine stands out for its pleasant freshness and balanced structure. The winemaking process includes controlled fermentation followed by aging in steel, which preserves the fruity liveliness and delicate aromatic notes.

In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color, while on the nose it offers a harmonious bouquet where aromas of ripe red fruits, light spices, and a hint of Mediterranean herbaceousness emerge. On the palate, the drink is smooth, with gentle tannins and a persistent aftertaste that invites further tastings. It pairs ideally with dishes based on white meats, typical Sardinian cured meats, and fresh cheeses.
