The Poliziano company began its journey in 1961, over the years it has had strong growth that can already be demonstrated by its vineyard area which has gone from 22 hectares to the current 170 hectares, and has become a name of excellence when it comes to Nobile di Montepulciano.

Lohsa was born in Magliano, a town in Tuscany, and is obtained from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes whose vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks, with aging that takes place, partly in large oak barrels, and partly always in steel for about 8 months. Before being put on the market, the wine follows a brief stop in the bottle.

Ruby red is its beautiful color when poured. The olfactory profile is intense, punctuated by aromas of red fruit, cherries and plums, mixed with notes of spices and balsamic splashes. The sip is delicately sapid and fresh, perfectly balanced, with well integrated tannins and a pleasant and persistent finish.

It is recommended to combine it with pasta dishes with meat sauce, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.
