Morellino - Poggio Nibbiale is born in the hills south of Grosseto, a territory that fully expresses the typicality of the Morellino di Scansano designation. This wine is mainly obtained from Sangiovese, locally known as Morellino, which develops in a unique environment of warm climate and mineral-rich soil. The winemaking method carefully follows Tuscan tradition, with controlled temperature fermentation and aging in steel, thus preserving freshness and aromatic intensity.

In the glass, it appears with a bright ruby hue, characterized by fragrant aromas of cherry, small red fruits, and light spicy notes that evoke countryside atmospheres. On the palate, it is balanced, with gentle tannins and a pleasant persistence, ideal to accompany typical dishes such as roasted meats, rustic soups, or medium-aged cheeses. A Morellino that tells of the authentic elegance of the Tuscan Maremma.

Production philosophy
Strongly focused on respect for the land: organic farming, an artisanal approach in the winery, and emphasis on the rocky terroir and proximity to the sea to produce wines with a clear mineral and elegant character.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Tuscan Maremma, among hills at about 300 metres above sea level on very stony, calcareous soils, the vineyards face the Tyrrhenian Sea and derive their character from the sea breeze and the area's light.
