Mount Hermon White by Hermon is an elegant and vibrant white wine, coming from the picturesque area of the Mount Hermon heights in the Golan. The blend, predominantly made up of native and international white grape varieties, faithfully reflects the unique terroir of this region, characterized by high altitudes and a cool climate that favor a slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes.
The wine presents a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by intense aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, and a delicate minerality characteristic of the local volcanic soil. On the palate, it is balanced, with an elegant structure and a pleasant acidity that provides freshness and persistence, delivering a fine and savory finish.
