The Muller Thurgau Alto Adige DOC of Graun, produced by Cantina Cortaccia, embodies the fresh and fragrant elegance typical of alpine vineyards. Grown in the renowned Alto Adige area, this wine comes from an aromatic grape variety of Swiss origin, capable of expressing a bright and harmonious profile thanks to the cool and breezy climate of the region. The aging process mainly takes place in steel, preserving its organoleptic qualities intact, with an impact on the fruit and balanced acidity.

On the nose, it offers intense floral notes of hawthorn and fruity hints of green apple and citrus, accompanied by delicate mineral touches. On the palate, it is lively, with a pleasantly savory texture and a fresh, persistent finish. It pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as salads, steamed fish, or fresh cheeses, enhancing each ingredient without overpowering it. A refined example of how Muller Thurgau can express itself at its best in the alpine context.
