The Nebbiolo D'Alba DOC Marne Brune Biologico - Fontanafredda is born in the hills rich in dark marls of the Alba area, where the nebbiolo finds its ideal habitat to express elegance and structure. This organic wine faithfully reflects the character of the principal Piedmontese grape variety, with intense aromas of rose, withered violet, and small red fruits, accompanied by light spicy notes and a hint of damp earth typical of marl soil.

The traditional aging, carried out in wooden barrels for a calibrated period, gives complexity, silky tannins, and a harmonious balance between acidity and structure, offering a long and enveloping finish. On the palate, it is a wine of great personality, capable of evolving over time while always maintaining freshness and vigor.

It pairs well with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing the richness of the Nebbiolo d’Alba territory.
