The Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC "Valmaggiore" by Giacomo Grimaldi represents an authentic expression of the Piedmontese territory. Made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, this wine is characterized by remarkable delicacy and complexity. On the nose, it opens with aromas of cherry and small red fruits, intertwined with floral notes of rose and spicy touches of pepper and vanilla, derived from aging in wood. On the palate, it is elegant and well balanced, with a soft yet persistent tannic structure, promising excellent aging potential. The well-integrated acidity and the long, pleasantly aromatic finish complete the profile of this refined red. Ideal for accompanying dishes of Piedmontese cuisine, such as mushroom risottos or red meats. A true gem for Nebbiolo lovers seeking a wine with identity and tradition.
