The Nebbiolo Rosso Colline Novaresi DOC Torraccia represents a refined expression of an iconic grape variety that here expresses itself with elegance and character. Coming from the Piedmont hills overlooking Lake Maggiore, this Nebbiolo benefits from a unique terroir, made of calcareous soils and an ideal microclimate for enhancing complex aromas.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby hue, a sign of a full-bodied but harmonious structure. The bouquet develops on notes of small red fruits, delicate spices, and a subtle hint of violet, typical of Nebbiolo, with a slight earthy scent that tells the connection to its land. The balanced aging offers a velvety tannic texture, supported by good acidity that ensures freshness and longevity.

It pairs well with white meat dishes, roasts, and medium-aged cheeses, enhancing every bite with its harmony and depth. A wine capable of telling the story of the less famous but no less fascinating Piedmont.
