The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2004 by Torraccia elegantly and intensely represents the value of the Piedmontese territory, particularly the historic Gattinara area, where nebbiolo finds its ideal habitat. This wine stands out for its complexity thanks to the combination of a noble grape variety with a terroir rich in granite soils and a marked temperature variation that promotes the slow ripening of the grapes. After careful winemaking, the wine continues its refinement in wooden barrels that enhance its structure and balance, imparting rich and deep aromas. In the glass it reveals a bright garnet color, wrapped in scents of withered rose, cherry in spirits, and sweet spices. The taste is full, smooth, and long-lasting, with an elegant tannin that emphasizes its longevity. Perfect with dishes based on red meats, braised meats, or aged cheeses, it is an authentic witness to the winemaking tradition of Gattinara.
