The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2014 from Torraccia comes from one of the most renowned areas of Piedmont, located on the hills of Gattinara, where the volcanic soil gives the Nebbiolo grape unique characteristics. This wine is the result of careful vineyard care and a long aging period of at least 36 months, part of which is in wooden barrels, enhancing the aromatic complexity without sacrificing freshness.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color, accompanied by elegant aromas of cherry, violet, and earthy notes, with additional spicy and tobacco scents typical of mature Nebbiolo. On the palate, it is structured, with soft yet decisive tannins, balanced by a pleasant acidity that ensures longevity and harmony.

Perfect paired with red meat dishes, roasts, or aged cheeses, it best expresses the richness of the Gattinara territory. A wine that tells the story and elegance of Piedmontese Nebbiolo with refined personality.
