The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2015 by Torraccia is a wine that embodies the elegance and tradition of the hills of northern Piedmont. Produced entirely from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the renowned Gattinara area, it stands out for the complexity and structure typical of this noble grape variety. The aging, which takes place in wooden barrels, offers a perfect balance between firm tannins and soft notes. On the nose, intense aromas of violet, sweet spices, and ripe forest fruits emerge, while on the palate it reveals an enveloping softness and a persistent finish. The minerality given by the granitic soils enriches the drink with a vibrant freshness, capable of evolving positively over time. Perfect when paired with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Nebbiolo represents an invitation to discover the refinement of Piedmont's winemaking tradition.

The company's origins date back to the 1950s, when Pierino Piantavigna planted the first vineyards; it was officially established in 1997 by Alessandro Francoli.
