The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2001 by Torraccia is a wine of great elegance and longevity, coming from one of the most renowned areas of Piedmont. This vintage, beautifully mature, highlights the complex nature of Nebbiolo cultivated in the hilly territory of Ghemme, characterized by clay soils and a cool climate that favor a slow ripening of the grapes.

In the glass it presents an intense garnet color, while on the nose it releases ethereal aromas of withered rose, ripe small red fruits and earthy notes, accompanied by delicate spicy hints and leather nuances. On the palate it reveals a refined structure and good tannins, perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity that guarantees freshness and persistence.

Ideal paired with red meat or game dishes, this Nebbiolo represents an excellent expression of the Ghemme terroir, capable of telling in the glass the history and winemaking tradition of the area.
