The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2010 by Torraccia is born in the heart of Piedmont, precisely in the classic area of Ghemme, a territory dedicated to best celebrating the Nebbiolo grape variety. This vintage stands out for a perfect balance between freshness and structure, the result of a prolonged aging that enhances its refined tannins and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it presents a bright garnet color, while on the nose it releases elegant scents of withered rose, ripe cherry, and light spicy notes of pepper and tobacco. The taste, soft and enveloping, offers a silky tannic texture and a pleasant persistence that recalls red fruits and mineral nuances, typical of the calcareous-clay soils of the area.

Perfect paired with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Nebbiolo expresses harmoniously the authentic character of the Ghemme territory, offering a refined and long-lasting tasting experience.
