The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2005 by Torraccia represents an excellence of the Piedmont region, with a deep-rooted tradition in the production of wines with great structure and longevity. Coming from the Ghemme area, a zone suited for this native grape variety, the Nebbiolo here expresses all its complexity thanks to a rigorous aging process that promotes the balance between silky tannins and vibrant freshness.
In the glass, garnet reflections stand out, anticipating an intense and refined bouquet: scents of withered rose, sweet spices, and earthy notes intertwine with a hint of licorice and ripe red fruits. On the palate, it shows a dense texture of velvety tannins, accompanied by pleasant sapidity and a long, persistent finish. Perfect with roasted red meats, aged cheeses, or mushroom-based dishes, it is a wine destined to tell the story of Nebbiolo in every sip.
