The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2011 by Torraccia is born in the elegant territory of Piedmont, in Ghemme, one of the historic crus where the Nebbiolo grape expresses its complexity at its best. This wine, bottled in magnum format, reflects the long local winemaking tradition, with an aging that enhances the typical organoleptic characteristics of Nebbiolo: intense aromas of withered rose, sweet spices, and light hints of balsamic undertones stand out.

On the palate, it is structured, with refined tannins and balanced acidity, giving the wine great aging potential. The scents of ripe red fruits are accompanied by slight earthy notes typical of the territory, revealing a harmonious and persistent sip. Ideal with red meat dishes and roasts, this Ghemme DOCG expresses all the nobility of Nebbiolo in an elegant and enveloping guise, perfect for important tasting moments or special occasions.
