The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG Riserva 2012 by Torraccia is an excellence of the Piedmont region, an authentic expression of the Nebbiolo grape cultivated in the hills of Ghemme, in the province of Novara. This wine is made from selected grapes, handpicked to ensure the best quality and ripeness. The aging takes place in wooden barrels, where it evolves for a long period, developing the complexity and harmony typical of the reserves of this denomination.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color with garnet reflections that testify to its long aging. On the nose, it offers elegant aromas of ripe red fruits, dried violet, and subtle spicy notes that evoke the earth and undergrowth. On the palate, it is decisive, with soft and well-integrated tannins, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that ensures its longevity. Perfect with grilled red meat dishes or rich first courses like truffle risotto, this Nebbiolo riserva embodies the tradition and refinement of Ghemme.
