In the heart of Piedmont, the Ghemme DOCG denomination offers unique excellences like this Nebbiolo Rosso Riserva 2009 by Torraccia, a wine that reflects the elegance and complexity of the Nebbiolo grape grown on clay and limestone soils. The long aging in oak barrels, typical of the reserves, gives subtle and enveloping structures, enhancing aromatic nuances of withered rose, sweet spices, and light earthy notes. In the glass, it presents a deep ruby color, while on the palate it reveals a refined balance between silky tannins and lively acidity, promising a long and harmonious persistence.

Perfect with traditional Piedmontese dishes such as braised meats, roasted red meats, and aged cheeses, this Magnum 2009 best expresses the aging potential of Nebbiolo, offering an intense and memorable sensory experience. An authentic jewel of the Torraccia production to discover slowly.
