In the heart of the hills of Ghemme DOCG, the Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG - Vigna Pelizzane - Magnum - 2011 - Torraccia stands out for its elegance and depth. This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes, carefully harvested in the renowned Piemonte region, known for its unique climate and soil rich in alluvial deposits and silt, which give the wine an extraordinary complexity.

The aging takes place in oak barrels, which impart enveloping notes of sweet spices, vanilla, and a light hint of tobacco, balanced by a fresh vein and refined tannins, ready to evolve over time. In the glass, it appears bright, with aromas of withered rose, small red fruits, and a touch of licorice, accompanied by a persistent and harmonious finish.

Perfect with game dishes, braised meats, or aged cheeses, this Magnum from 2011 tells the tradition and strength of Nebbiolo, ideal for tasting moments that require great balance and character.
