The Negroamaro IGP Puglia of Tenuta Viglione embodies the intensity and richness of the Apulian character, an authentic expression of an indigenous grape variety with deep color and enveloping aromas. Cultivated in the sunny lands of Puglia, this wine presents a broad and varied bouquet, where notes of dark fruits such as blackberry and wild cherry intertwine with subtle spicy and balsamic hints. On the palate, the structure is full and velvety, with soft tannins that balance a pleasant freshness, resulting in a harmonious and persistent finish.

The aging, often carried out in steel or medium toast oak barrels, enhances the distinctive character of the Negroamaro without altering its territorial identity. This wine is ideal when paired with typical Apulian dishes based on red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing bold flavors with a lively and enveloping personality.
