Negroamaro Puglia IGT - Terre Forti is born in the heart of the Puglia region, a territory known for its wine-growing vocation and the Mediterranean climate ideal for cultivating this native grape variety. Negroamaro expresses here all its characteristic elegance, with a well-defined tannic structure and intense aromatic depth. The wine presents a dark ruby red color, with violet reflections, while on the nose it offers scents of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, along with slight spicy and balsamic notes.

On the palate it is full and enveloping, with a balance between acidity and tannins that guarantees a pleasant persistence. The aging, generally carried out in steel or in oak barrels for a short period, enhances the varietal characteristics without overpowering them. Excellent with typical Apulian dishes based on red meats, aged cheeses, and flavorful first courses such as orecchiette with ragù.
