The Nero di Troia IGP Puglia by Tenuta Viglione is born in one of the most suitable areas of the Apulian hinterland, where the warm climate and Mediterranean breezes enhance the qualities of this indigenous grape variety. The Nero di Troia grape, known for its thick and dark-skinned berries, produces a wine of great structure and personality, rich in soft and well-integrated tannins.
After a controlled fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in steel, thus preserving the freshness of fruity and floral aromas, alternated with pleasant notes of sweet spices and mineral hints typical of the Apulian territory. On the palate, it shows balance and persistence, with a harmonious aftertaste that invites another sip.
Excellent companion to rustic dishes such as roasted meats, aged cheeses, or mushroom-based dishes, it best expresses the authentic and territorial character of Nero di Troia, representing a worthy expression of contemporary Apulian winemaking.
