Crafted using artisanal methods, this nocino is the result of a masterful blend of high-quality green walnuts, handpicked during the San Giovanni period, following the ancient tradition that dictates walnuts be harvested at this time to ensure the maximum aromatic intensity.

After harvesting, the walnuts are left to macerate for months in pure alcohol, along with selected spices that enrich the flavor and enhance the aromatic profile. The result is a liquor of dark and intense color, with hues ranging from brown to amber, a sign of its natural evolution during the aging process.
