Grappa OF Amarone Barrique is distilled using the Bonollo Unico System, starting from the pomace obtained from pressing the raisined grapes also used to produce the Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG wine.
After distillation, this grappa, characterized by a distinctive richness and liveliness, reaches its full maturity thanks to a careful aging process in small French oak barriques. It is this method that allows the slow development of harmonious and delicate spicy tones and gives the distillate its distinctive name of barricaded grappa.
