The Cappuccini Arance seasoning is a refined expression of Mediterranean freshness and harmony. The meeting between extra virgin olive oil and fresh oranges gives life to a product with a bright and enveloping aromatic profile, capable of combining the softness of the oil with the citrus liveliness typical of Sicilian fruits. A perfect balance signed by the Cappuccini company, which combines tradition, technique, and respect for nature.

The olives used – Raggiola, Leccino, Maurino, and Picholine – come from olive groves located at about 400 meters altitude, on calcareous and clay soils that favor optimal drainage and excellent fruit ripening. The harvest, carried out from the first days of October with electric tools and nets, guarantees healthy and fresh olives that are milled within a few hours to keep aromas and properties intact.

During extraction, the olives are crushed together with fresh oranges: a cold process that allows the natural fusion between the oil and the essential oils present on the fruit's peel. The processing temperature, never exceeding 26°C, and the double centrifugation ensure the purity and brilliance of the final result. The oil is then filtered and stored in nitrogen-saturated steel tanks, at controlled temperature, to guarantee maximum freshness and stability over time.

With a golden color and green reflections, Cappuccini Arance stands out for its citrusy and floral aroma, with sweet notes of ripe orange and delicate herbal nuances. On the palate, it is elegant, balanced, and aromatic, with a pleasant natural sweetness that accompanies the typical freshness of citrus fruits.

Ideal for enhancing fish dishes, salads, white meats, or desserts, this seasoning adds a touch of originality and lightness even to the simplest preparations. Also perfect raw on carpaccios or steamed vegetables, for a refined and surprising result.
