The Opera Spumante Metodo Classico Brut DOCG by Le Marchesine is an excellent expression of elegance and refinement, perfectly representative of the Italian winemaking know-how in creating top-quality sparkling wines. This sparkling wine, produced in the renowned Franciacorta area, is made following the classical method, where the second fermentation occurs directly in the bottle - a process that requires time, precision, and meticulous care.

Visually, Opera Spumante presents a light straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the glass, anticipating a unique sensory experience. On the nose, it unveils a sophisticated bouquet with notes of white fruit, such as apple and pear, followed by hints of citrus and light touches of bread crust, a result of its maturation in the bottle.

In the mouth, this Brut sparkling wine is lively and fresh, balanced by a pleasant savoriness that makes it particularly inviting and drinkable. The sweet fruity notes skillfully blend with a well-defined minerality, culminating in a dry and clean finish that leaves room for another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, Opera Spumante is also an excellent companion for light appetizers, dishes based on fish or seafood. Its versatility also makes it a great choice for accompanying festive or celebratory moments, enhancing every occasion with its distinct and impeccable presence.

With the Opera Spumante Metodo Classico Brut DOCG by Le Marchesine, you will have the opportunity to offer your customers a high-quality product that best expresses the Italian sparkling wine tradition, celebrating the excellence and passion that only an authentic Brut from Franciacorta can represent.
