The Pascorino IGT Marche of Fontezoppa is a white wine that elegantly tells the story of its land of origin, nestled in the gentle hills of Marche. Obtained from the Pascorino grape variety, native and little known but precious, it stands out for its fresh expressiveness and complexity. After careful vinification and aging that preserves its purity, this wine offers a delicate bouquet to the nose, with fruity notes of green apple and citrus, enriched by a light floral scent.

On the palate, it is balanced with good structure, pleasant acidity, and a savory finish that recalls the minerality of the soil. Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, or vegetable-based dishes, the Pascorino of Fontezoppa is born to enhance the freshness of the Mediterranean with a gentle and lively character, an authentic expression of the winemaking tradition of Marche.
