The Passirò Rossetto Passito IGP by Cotarella is born in the bright Lazio region, highlighting the native Rossetto grape variety. This passito wine is distinguished by the slow drying of the grapes, which concentrates sugars and aromas, giving the sip a rich and enveloping structure.

In the glass, it presents an intense golden color, while the aroma offers notes of ripe fruit, honey, and a light hint of sweet spices, accompanied by a sweetness balanced by a lively freshness. The carefully managed aging enhances the authentic character of the Lazio territory.

Perfect as a meditation wine, Passirò pairs splendidly with baked desserts, blue cheeses, or panna cotta, enhancing the aromatic notes without ever overpowering them. A delicious and elegant experience, ideal for those seeking an elegant and characterful passito.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.
