Passito di Pantelleria DOC 50cl - Florio is born on the volcanic island of Pantelleria, where the Zibibbo grape, also known as Moscato di Alessandria, expresses its full aromatic-floral power. The grapes, harvested late and dried on racks in the sun, give the wine a natural sweetness balanced by a fresh acidity, making it elegant and harmonious.
In the glass, it shows an intense golden color, while on the nose it releases aromas of dried apricot, dried figs, candied citrus, and honeyed notes.
