The Passito di Pantelleria DOP "Jemara" produced by Martinez winery is a sweet dessert wine that captures the very essence of the island of Pantelleria, located between Sicily and Tunisia. This versatile Passito is primarily made from Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria) grapes, renowned for their intense aromatic fragrance.

With a deep and brilliant golden color, the Passito di Pantelleria "Jemara" has a rich and complex bouquet. On the nose, it offers an explosion of aromas: notes of dried apricot, honey, figs, and a light hint of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon, which enrich the olfactory experience.
