The Pecorino Falerio DOC - Collevite is born in the suggestive Marche region, an ideal territory for this indigenous grape variety that finds here an elegant and lively expression. This white wine is obtained from Pecorino grapes, carefully cultivated in vineyards exposed to favorable climatic conditions that promote a perfect balance between acidity and ripeness. The aging takes place in steel, preserving freshness and typical fragrances that translate into an intense aromatic bouquet, where hints of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and light floral notes harmoniously intertwine.

On the palate it is structured, enveloping but at the same time fresh and savory, with a persistent finish that invites the next sip. Ideal paired with seafood dishes, crustaceans, and first courses with seasonal vegetables, it best expresses the characteristics of a denomination that celebrates the Italian varietal richness in a unique territorial context.
