The Pernand Vergelesses - Village - Bianco - Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine comes from one of the most representative areas of the Côte de Beaune, in Burgundy. Made from the Chardonnay grape, the wine elegantly reflects the unique character of this terroir rich in limestone and marl, which imparts vibrant freshness and refined minerality. Traditional vinification, accompanied by careful aging in oak barrels, gives structure and complexity to the glass, maintaining a harmonious balance between fruity notes of green apple, ripe citrus, and light floral sensations. On the palate, it presents good acidity, which enhances its aromatic persistence and finesse, making it ideal to accompany delicate fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses. This white wine embodies the essence of a territory dedicated to producing high-class white wines, expressed with lightness and precision.

Winery history
Family-run for generations, the property is today led by Christine Gruère-Dubreuil together with her daughter Clémentine. Trade and import sources report that the domaine has historical roots dating back to the late 19th century and, over time, has consolidated holdings and parcels in the communes of Pernand-Vergelesses and other villages of the Côte de Beaune.
Production philosophy
The domaine prioritizes an approach focused on expressing the purity of the terroir: environmentally respectful cultivation practices, hand harvesting, careful grape selection and low-intervention winemaking to preserve the terroir’s transparency and authenticity. Aging combines stainless steel and wooden barrels with varying proportions of new wood depending on the appellation.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Pernand-Vergelesses, at the meeting point of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the estate's vineyards extend across parcels and appellations of the Côte de Beaune, including Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Pommard, Beaune and Volnay.
