Piemonte DOC Dolcetto - Fontanafredda is born in the selected vineyards of Langhe, one of the most suitable areas in Piedmont for this native grape variety. The Dolcetto expresses itself here with a fresh and fruity character, enhanced by aging in steel that preserves its natural liveliness and the pleasant aroma of red fruits. On the nose, you can recognize hints of cherry, plum, and slight floral notes, while on the palate it reveals softness, with elegant and never intrusive tannins, good structure, and a harmonious finish. This wine is perfect to accompany traditional Piedmontese dishes, such as cured meats, fresh pasta with sauce, and white meats, enhancing simple flavors through its drinkability. An ideal companion for those who love a lively and easily pairable red, capable of telling the story of the land with every sip.
