The Pignoletto Classico Superiore DOCG from Tenuta Santa Croce is an oenological gem that embodies the elegance and freshness typical of the white wines from Emilia-Romagna. Produced in the exclusive hills of Sit a Montuì, this variety of Pignoletto grape is cultivated using traditional methods that respect the terroir and the environment.

The color of this Pignoletto Classico Superiore is a delicate straw yellow, with greenish reflections that suggest its youth and freshness. On the nose, it opens with a complex bouquet of white flowers, notes of fresh fruit such as peach, and hints of almond. The aroma is enriched by a delicate hint of aromatic herbs that give the wine a deeper dimension.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its liveliness: a perfect balance between acidity and minerality makes it extremely pleasant and refreshing. Its structure is thin but persistent, with a finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and freshness.

This Pignoletto Classico Superiore DOCG is ideal for accompanying fish dishes, shellfish, and light appetizers. It also proves to be an excellent companion for dishes of the regional Emilia cuisine, enhancing delicate flavors such as those of tigelle with cured ham.

Tenuta Santa Croce produces this wine in limited quantities, thus ensuring high-quality control and a product that best expresses the characteristics of its territory. A wine to discover and appreciate, perfect for those seeking a distinctive and characteristic white.
