The Pignoletto Superiore DOCG from Azienda Agricola Gaggioli is born in the Bolognese hills, the beating heart of Emilia-Romagna, a territory that best expresses this native grape variety. Characterized by a careful and modern vinification method, this white wine evokes freshness and sapidity, maintaining a harmonious balance between vibrant acidity and velvety softness.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, enriched by springtime aromas of white flowers, green apple, and light citrus notes. The palate is lively, with an elegant structure and a delicately mineral aftertaste, typical of the terroir of origin.

Perfect to accompany delicate seafood dishes, light appetizers, or risotto-style pastas, this Pignoletto Superiore DOCG represents an excellence that encapsulates the identity and genuineness of Emilia's winemaking tradition.
