The Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli Grave of Tenuta Fernanda Cappello is born in a territory suited to the production of elegant and structured white wines. The wine is obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes cultivated in the gravelly soils of the Grave area of Friuli, which confer freshness and minerality. The aging typically takes place in steel, preserving the aromatic integrity and the fresh texture of the variety. In the glass, it presents a light straw color accompanied by greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, emerge, enriched with delicate floral and almond hints. On the palate, it is soft, balanced, with a pleasant sapidity and a harmonious persistence that invites the next sip.
