Pinot Nero DOC Bertone by Conte Vistarino is a refined expression of the grape variety symbolizing enological elegance, cultivated in the historic Oltrepò Pavese area, a territory renowned for producing wines of character and finesse. This Pinot Nero, carefully vinified and aged in selected oak barrels, stands out for its bright ruby red color and an intense aroma of red fruits, delicate spice notes, and a slight balsamic hint.

On the palate, the wine is harmonious and velvety, with a balanced structure and soft tannins that offer a persistent and pleasing finish. Ideal to accompany white meats, mushroom-based dishes, or medium-aged cheeses, Pinot Nero by Conte Vistarino expresses the character of the grape variety at its best thanks to careful attention in the vineyard and cellar. The Magnum version adds a touch of prestige, perfect for special convivial moments.

Winery history
The Giorgi di Vistarino family estate has roots in the Oltrepò Pavese dating back to the mid-19th century, when the Counts Vistarino introduced Pinot Noir to the Rocca de’ Giorgi property and were early experimenters with vinification using the traditional method. In recent decades the estate has been relaunched and modernized while preserving its historical identity and its commitment to hill-grown grape varieties.
