The Pinot Nero Friuli Riserva DOC Antonutti represents a true oenological gem of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a region renowned for its wine-making tradition and the ideal climate that favors the cultivation of elegant and complex grape varieties. This wine is made from carefully selected Pinot Nero grapes, grown in favorably exposed vineyards, which give the cluster the right ripeness and aromaticity.

The aging, which includes a period in wooden barrels, enhances the structure and depth of the wine, giving it roundness and spicy notes that blend with fruity hints of cherry, raspberry, and light earthy nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a persistent finish that leaves a pleasant freshness. Ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, and traditional Friulian dishes, this Pinot Nero tells the story of the territory's identity and Antonutti's passion in every glass.

Winery history
Family-run for several generations, Antonutti is described in official sources as a historic estate of the Grave del Friuli area. The property is currently managed by the family and is noted in promotional materials as operating since 1921; over time it has developed ranges of white, red and sparkling wines and offers direct sales and cellar visits.
Production philosophy
The production approach prioritizes expression of the terroir: white wines are vinified to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity, while reds are aged in tonneaux when greater structure and complexity are sought. The estate focuses on the typicity of the grapes and on a diverse range of wines that also includes sparkling and passito wines.

The vineyards are located on the Grave del Friuli plain, on predominantly pebbly soils with pockets of red, moraine‑derived clay. The company is based in Pasian di Prato.
