The Pinot Nero Selection Alexander Gottardi from the Weingut Gottardi winery, located in Mazzon in the beautiful hills of Alto Adige, represents an oenological excellence that combines the refinement of the grape variety with precise artisanal care. Sourced from selected vineyards, this Pinot Nero best expresses the characteristics of the territory, which combines altitude and fresh climate, fundamental elements for the balanced ripening of the grapes. The aging, carried out in wooden barrels, gives the wine an intense aromatic complexity and an elegant tannic structure, without losing the typical delicacy of Pinot Nero.

On the nose, notes of fresh red fruits emerge, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy and slightly earthy hints. On the palate, it shows a harmonious body, with a lively acidity that guarantees freshness and a long, pleasant persistence. Perfect paired with white meat dishes, mushrooms, or medium-aged cheeses, it embodies the essence of the Mazzon territory.
